**About the role**:
As the Business Director M&E, you'll be the go-to person for all operational and commercial aspects of the market. Your role involves overseeing market EBITDA & P&L, leading operational teams, identifying areas for efficiency improvement, and ensuring compliance achievement. You'll also be responsible for developing training strategies, managing client relationships, and fostering a culture of teamwork.

**You might also have**:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of five years of experience in meeting/event/program management with P&L responsibility.
- Minimum of three years of experience in managing people.
- Minimum of five years of experience managing vendors and negotiating contracts.
- Experience in Life Science/Pharmaceutical Accounts is a plus.
- First-hand experience in domestic and international group travel.
