PROPÓSITO DEL ROL
- Motivar e inspirar a otros para desarrollar planes que le permita a Diageo alcanzar los objetivos propuestos.
- Responsable de la ejecución brillante y sobresaliente al 100% (Zona/canal), incluyendo el desarrollo y relacionamiento de clientes con JCP.
- Provee a la organización insights y learnings de la ejecución en el trade
- Habilita, inspira y desarrolla al equipo de fuerza de ventas para lograr sus resultados
- 80% del tiempo en campo - 20% administrativo

TOP ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Commercial_ Plan:_
- Provee los insights y learnings dentro de proceso de planeación en el OnePlan
- Input de viabilidad de clientes con acuerdo y Kpis relevantes
- Co-creación del JCP con el cliente
- Promueve el desarrollo de la agenda de responsabilidad social y consumo responsable en los planes conjuntos con cliente.
- Negociación de JCP clientes TOP
- Trade visits
- Comunicar al CP&A el calendario de JCPs cocreado con el cliente para su medición
- Captura de oportunidades de crecimiento o cierre de Gaps vs plan
- QBR con clientes Pareto
- Asegura el input para una segmentación adecuada
- Tráficos ad-hoc con agencias y FFVV (Incluye Digital)
- Ejecución Brillante de la película de éxito OTIF 100%
- Lead and engage trade visits
