**Responsabilidades**:

- Asegurar la escalabilidad y confiabilidad de nuestra infraestructura de software
- Monitorear el rendimiento del sistema y solucionar problemas
- Implementar tuberías de CI/CD
- Emplear un enfoque de seguridad en primer lugar en la gestión de configuraciones de sistemas y redes
- Escribir scripts efectivos en Python para automatizar tareas operativas
- Usar sistemas de control de versiones, específicamente Git, para rastrear cambios en el código
- Mantener y mejorar las bases de datos SQL existentes
- Participar en rotaciones de guardia, demostrando habilidades de resolución de problemas en situaciones en tiempo real
- Actualizar continuamente los conocimientos y habilidades técnicas

**Requisitos**:

- Amplia experiência en administración de sistemas Linux/Unix
- Sólida comprensión de los protocolos de red y seguridad
- Experiência comprobada con sistemas distribuidos y CI/CD
- Familiaridad con la filosofía DevOps y sus prácticas
- Competencia en Python y Git
- Experiência con SQL
- Capacidad para adaptarse rápidamente a nuevas tecnologías y cambiar los requisitos empresariales
- Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y atención al detalle
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo

**Habilidades deseables**:

- Experiência con JavaScript
- Familiaridad con tecnologías de contenedores como Docker
- Experiência con Kubernetes
- Deseo de aprender y crecer con la empresa

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the scalability and reliability of our software infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Implement CI/CD pipelines
- Employ a security-first approach in managing system and network configurations
- Write effective scripts in Python to automate operations tasks
- Use version control systems, specifically Git, to track code changes
- Maintain and improve existing SQL databases
- Participate in on-call rotations, demonstrating problem-solving skills in real-time situations
- Continually update technical knowledge and skills

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in Linux/Unix system administration
- Solid understanding of networking and security protocols
- Proven experience with distributed systems and CI/CD
- Familiarity with the DevOps philosophy and its practices
- Proficient in Python and Git
- Experience with SQL
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

**Nice-to-have Skills**:

- Experience with JavaScript
- Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Eagerness to learn and grow with the company
