BU Latin America
Since 1965, Yara has established a unique position in Latin America as the industry’s only global crop nutrition company. Shared Service Center
Since 2016, BULA's shared services center has been providing transactional services for the different work units in Latin America, thus allowing greater agility and centralization of tasks, making some of the strategic areas less operational.
With a financial emphasis, the shared services center tries every day to provide support to the various areas of the company through services, such as: Record To Report (R2R), Order To Cash (O2C), Procure To Pay (P2P ) and Operational Excellence (Opex).

**Responsibilities**:
Main objective:
This role will work with O2C leader to providing technical expertise in developing efficient and cost-effective processes. In addition, will support and enhance all iniciatives focus on improve the efficiency of processes with the standardization of forms as well as fulfill the agreed SLA´s. Partner with business counterparts in the Sales, Billing/AR, and Finance areas to enable best practices and SAP best practices.

Collaborate with team members across functions and management levels to accomplish goals.
- Main tasks:

- Role with focus on orders and invoices (Growth leadership)
- Conduct customer's credit analysis based on the documentation received and the relevant information that is accessed to support credit comitte decisions.
- Manage customer sales orders in accordance with company credit policies.
- Create orders and isuue invoices corresponding to sales, debit and credit notes.
- Follow up on unidentified payments.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status of accounts receivable per customer to facilitate collection management
- Perform the necessary controls to assure all deliveries are invoiced.
- Support SLA´s and KPI´s analysis and measurements.
- Maintain training material and desktop procedures needed to foster a more effective use of SAP systems.
- Ensure all procedures are documented with up-to-date information that accurately reflects the latest regional guidance
- Assist in the development and enforcement of standards / best practices to deliver stable, reliable and highly available solutions
- Ensure the whole operation is covered in any situation ( holidays, inability, license) Back ups plan
- ICFR control on the activities of operation
- Develop and follow up Continuos improvement projects and IT request
- Plan, executed and follow up operational migrations
- Follow up compensatory days
- Support new request of ussers new
- Carry out Catch Up (Operational meeting)
- Improvement or automate Order to Cash process
- Verify time spent productivity template and anaysis of the time of each member of team
- Ensure the integrity and quality of information and reporting under a global Yara standard and policies.
- Compliance with the policies of Safety, Health, Environment and quality of his position.
- Compliance with the Ethics and Values policy of the organization.

Areas of responsability:
The role is a key contributor in the SSC and will work closely with local sales, credit and collections and finance teams

**Profile**:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Finance, Industrial engineer, Business Managment, Accounting or related field
Deseable: Magister/Specialization
English language fluency m
Functional Knowledge:
Essential: Fundamentals of Accounting, Finance.
Software Knowledge:
Essential: MS Office Intermediate (power point and Word), Advance Excel.
Desirable: SAP Module FI / MM

- Goog knowledge of collections, deductions and customer service
- Experience in at least 2 of the main societies ( Colombia, Mexico, Argentina ) in BULA
