Lead Nurturing Specialists improve sales and overall business growth. They have an in-depth understanding of all company products and services, and the skills and industry knowledge required to sell them.

**Some responsibilities include**:

- Follow the sales process by scheduling appointments with potential customers
- Describe in detail the services and products provided by the company
- Close sales by building a good relationship with potential customers, that is; explaining the capabilities of products and services
- Expand sales within existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
- Create customer retention by selling additional products and services.

**Requirements**:

- English level C1 / advanced
- French level B2+
- Previous cold calling and sales experience
- Strong verbal communication skills and sales strategies
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Technical or professional degree is preferred
