Your Role and Responsibilities
- Propose continuous improvement of processes in scope.
- Deliver calculation, attainment, monthly data upload, validations, analytics and reporting for Commercial Operations.
- Prioritize requests and manage workload according to plan while delivering high quality for any activities in scope.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Service oriented/Customer service mindset in multicultural environments.
- Advanced Excel skills (working with formulas, parameters).
- Experience in data stewardship, reporting and analytics delivery.
- Able to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Able to fact-based challenge and detail oriented.
- Fluency in both written and verbal English is a must.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Preferably 1 year + experience in service delivery or shared service delivery.
