**Legal Counsel**
Objetivo del rol: Prestar soporte al Head de Legales Andino enfocado en las 3 unidades de negocio: Higiene, Salud y Nutrición.
Tareas:
- Dar soporte a la operación en los aspectos contractuales, corporativos, interacción con HCP, Mercadeo, Publicidad, Recursos Humanos, Contractual, Laboral y Litigios.
- Manejo de presupuesto del área.
- Negociación con asesores externos.
- Requisitos del rol:
- Graduado/a de Abogacía (excluyente)
- Especialización o Maestría en Derecho Comercial (deseable)
- Experiência en Derecho Comercial, Laboral, Corporativo, Litigios, Protección al Consumidor, Nuevas Tecnologías y Privacidad de Datos.
- Manejo de Paquete Office
- Nível de inglés intermedio.
