**About the role**:
Legal Councel Specialist

Cali, Colombia

**Objetivo del cargo**:
Prestar soporte al área legal y a las demás áreas de la compañía, para diversas unidades de negocio (Hygiene, Health y Nutrition), con un adecuado manejo en los aspectos contractuales, laborales, sindicales, corporativos, temas de mercadeo, publicidad y litigios y en los casos necesarios, con apoyo de los abogados externos.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Prestar soporte al área legal y a las demás áreas de las tres unidades de negocio en ANDEAN, para las tres unidades de negocio en los diferentes requerimientos.
- Realizar el seguimiento y control a los gastos para no tener impactos en el presupuesto.
- Atender los procesos legales en coordinación con los abogados externos, sirviendo como enlace entre las distintas áreas de la compañía y los externos.
- Brindar asesoramiento laboral y sindical a los clientes internos.
- Administrar y hacer adecuado seguimiento y uso del presupuesto del área legal.
- Elaborar, revisar y aprobar contratos que sean solicitados por los usuarios de las diferentes áreas a través de la plataforma LEGAL ONE y/o de los demás sistemas proporcionados por la compañía.
- Soportar a la operación en las reuniones de LARS/VEEVA y en los distintos procesos de aprobación de artes y materiales publicitarios, y/o de los demás sistemas proporcionados por la compañía.
- Entre otras.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Abogado (a) preferiblemente con especialización y/o maestría
- Más de 4 años de experiência en Derecho comercial, laboral, sindical, corporativo, litigios, protección al consumidor y privacidad de datos.
- Conocimientos en: Funcionamiento de empresas multinacionales y conocimientos básicos legales de otros países de la región Andina. Será especialmente valorado el conocimiento o experiência en manejo de conflictos sindicales.
- Inglés jurídico (70% escrito y hablado)
- Paquete de Office completo
