**Resumen de trabajo**
Esta posición ayuda a UPS a brindar un excelente servicio y crear valor para los clientes siguiendo los procesos y brindando soluciones a los clientes que permiten el crecimiento. Esta posición ayuda a UPS a identificar y superar las barreras para el éxito de los empleados y clientes.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Ayuda a los clientes con preguntas sobre paquetes y colabora con otros usuarios de UPS para encontrar soluciones que faciliten la entrega cuando sea necesario.
- Mantiene la conciencia de los objetivos de rendimiento y los resultados.
- Cumple o supera las métricas del "Indicador clave de rendimiento" (es decir, Puntajes de la encuesta del cliente, Calidad, Tiempo de impacto del cliente y Cumplimiento del cronograma, etc.).
- Envía ideas y soluciones para mejorar la experiência de UPS.
**Requisitos**:
- Bachiller, estudiante o profesional, técnico, tecnólogo de cualquier área
- Experiência en atención al cliente o administración general - Preferiblemente
- Idioma Inglés básico en adelante.
- Ofimática, de intermedio en adelante.
- Exploradores y Windows avanzados.
- Avanzado en Atención a clientes telefónico.
**Habilidades**:
- Buen tono de voz y actitud telefónica.
- Fuertes habilidades de servicio al cliente y habilidades de escucha. (ambiente call center preferiblemente).
- Fuerte comunicación escrita y verbal y habilidades para resolver problemas.
- Mucha actitud y habilidad para aprender relacionar conceptos y trabajar en equipo.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente en un entorno acelerado con una supervisión mínima y una gran atención a los detalles

- Disponibilidad de 100% presencial en oficina
- Disponibilidad de horario 6am - 6pm
