**HR INTERN**

The HR Intern will be responsible for the execution of HR Operations within assigned geographies. The role will perform a variety of HR tasks including all facets of Onboarding, entering, and maintaining accurate data in HR systems, creating employee communications, and serving as a go-to for employees.

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Assist the department in carrying out various Human Resources policies, rules, procedures, and programs.
- Perform auditing contracts and employee files.
- Responsible of registering leavers in HRIS and communicating leavers to IT.
- Support maintenance and execution of Health & Safety programs
- Perform HR administrative processes when required
- Process and archive all paperwork related with Onboarding / Offboarding / and others applicable
- Support in events coordination
- Support in search, selection and administration of benefits supplier
- Digitalization of files and update of files (Digital and physical)
- Internal communication support
- Prepare and maintain employee files, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
- Undertake contract preparations across multiple countries in the region.
- Manager administration of onboarding &offboarding across multiple countries in the region. Including employee contract preparations, onboarding agenda and trainings, etc.
- Respond to routine HR questions including, but not limited to benefits, payroll, vacation or redirect employees to appropriate contacts.
- Responsible for generating reports and handle confidential information.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Student of Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred. ( last semesters / internship)
- Attention to detail.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed
- Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments
