**La Posición**:
Garantizar la promoción de los productos de Salud Humana en el panel a nível Nacional con los lineamientos de las áreas terapéuticas con el fin de contribuir con los resultados de venta de la Compañía, así como garantizar la implementación de todas las actividades necesarias y complementarias a la labor de los visitadores medicos; de acuerdo con los lineamientos y políticas corporativas regionales y locales. Garantizar la implementación y el uso de las herramientas disponibles y todas las estrategias que conduzcan a generar la cobertura en el territorio asignado.

***Tareas y **Responsabilidades**:

- Realizar un seguimiento adecuado para que se cree, actualice y mantenga la base de datos de médicos a contactar en la visita médica presencial y virtual.
- Asegurar a través del acompañamiento a la fuerza de venta que los mensajes e información definida por el área terapéutica sea trasmitida a los médicos asignados con el fin de influenciar la prescripción de nuestras marcas, así como el cumplimiento de la técnica de venta corporativa.
- Supervisar que se organicen eventos médicos presenciales y/o virtuales en la cantidad y calidad requerida para que se fortalezcan las marcas bajo su responsabilidad.
- Certificar que se diligencien todos los formatos requeridos por el área de Compliance.
- Asegurar que se Implementen las estrategias virtuales definidas por los Gerentes de Producto.
- Asegurar el acceso de las instituciones a su cargo garantizando que no haya restricciones en la prescripción de productos de la compañía.

**Requisitos**:

- Contar con 5 años de experiência -mínimo
- como Gerente Distrito en empresa Farmaceutica internacional dentro del área Cardio Renal Metabólica.
- Poseer Título Profesional.
- Manejo Paquete Office: avanzado.
- Inglés intermedio.
- Manejo de equipos que efectúan Visita Médica Remota (deseable).
- Manejo de CRM Veeva (deseable).
