**Descripción del cargo**
- Como BDR serás responsable de identificar, contactar y establecer relaciones con clientes potenciales en los mercados objetivo de Medilink
- Tu rol requiere habilidades de comunicación efectivas y una mentalidad orientada a objetivos, para generar oportunidades de ventas y aumentar la base de clientes de la empresa
- Trabajarás en colaboración con el equipo de ventas de Medilink y tu líder
- Tu principal objetivo es saber en cuales de estos países (México, Colombia, Perú, Ecuador), centrando nuestros esfuerzos en el plan de expansión para el 2024

**Responsabilidades**
- Investigar y comprender los mercados exploratorios de Medilink, (TAM, situación económica, competencia, regulación en el sector salud, funcionalidades, y requisitos propios que debe tener el software en cada país para poder operar. Identificar stakeholders
- Levantar un plan estratégico Identificar clientes potenciales y oportunidades de negocio en los países prueba
- Establecer contactos y relaciones con clientes potenciales a través de llamadas, correos electrónicos, redes sociales, entre otros
- Levantar las diferentes agremiaciones y organizaciones del sector para generar alianzas con diferentes entidades y a través de estás dar a conocer nuestro producto
- Levantar eventos en los que podamos participar y que tengan un impacto para generar presencia de marca.
- Trabajar con el equipo de ventas para calificar las oportunidades y establecer reuniones, ya sea a través de los leads que llegan por las acciones generadas por marketing (inbound) o por las estrategias de consecución que se realicen derivada de acciones outbound
- Hacer seguimiento a los clientes potenciales para mantenerlos interesados en Medilink y mantener la relación a largo plazo
- Trabajar junto a la Head of Sales and Marketing y el equipo de marketing para crear materiales de ventas y estrategias de generación de demanda para cada país
- Realizar informes mensuales para compartir con el equipo sobre el resultado de las actividades planificadas, gestionadas y ejecutadas

**Requisitos Mínimos**
- Estudios en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ventas, Comunicación, Ingeniero Comercial, ingeniero Industrial, o campo relacionado
- 7 años de experiência previa en venta consultiva B2B (Visitador médico)
- 4 años de experiência previa en investigación, expansión, penetración y consolidación de productos en Latinoamérica
- Habilidades de comunicación excepcionales, tanto verbales como escritas
- Actitud, empatía, abierto al cambio, entusiasmo, proactividad, compromiso y excelencia son cualidades que nos gustaría que tú vieras
- Orientación a objetivos y capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo
- Conocimientos en herramientas de ventas y marketing como Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, entre otros
- Conocimientos básicos en informática y tecnología, para entender el software de Medilink y explicar sus funcionalidades a los clientes
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con otros departamentos dentro de la empresa
