Business Development Representative

We're seeking a self-starting, hands-on **Business Development Representative (BDR)** to join a fast-paced working environment. You'll be instrumental in driving sales pipelines and exceeding revenue goals.
**In this role, you'll be responsible for**:
- Qualifying leads by understanding their needs and pain points to determine a good fit for our solutions.
- Delivering compelling presentations that showcase the value we offer.
- Negotiating deals and closing sales.
- Building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Contributing to the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment and take ownership of your work.
**To be successful, you'll need**:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field (experience can be adjusted based on your needs).
- Experienced in remote work settings and comfortable with autonomy.
- Native or advanced English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills. (US clients)
- A strong understanding of the sales process.
- The ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) a plus.
