**About the role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce Sales Cloud instance, overall business continuity and drive sales productivity. You will be responsible for customizing, configuring, and maintaining our SalesCloud instance of Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, and providing ongoing user support and training.

This is a remote, 6 months contract role, with a possibility of extension, with working hours aligning with US Eastern time.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage users across multiple lines of business and effectively permission based on Profiles, Roles and Private/Public Sharing Rules
- Maintain the CRM database and ensure a clean customer hierarchy
- Continue to improve the Sales Process as the business evolves and grows
- Work with stakeholders across multiple business units to ensure accurate reporting
- Maintain multiple dashboards and reporting schemas
- Maintain and improve existing programmatic processes
- Stay abreast of Salesforce release cadence and communicate any and all dependencies and impacts to the users
- Maintain and update pricebooks and products
- Maintain training documentation and QA resources for all users

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of industry experience
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (SCA) ADM 201
- Worked with cross functional teams gathering requirements
- Created business specific delineations based on team functions and domains using Record Types, Profiles, Roles and Sharing Rules
- Worked with managed packages and integration with other third party tools
- Worked with opportunity products and revenue schedules

**Nice to Have**
- Certified Advanced Administrator certification AMD 301
- Certified Salesforce Developer
- Have worked with Opportunity Splits
- Have experience in Media and Ad Sales
- Have worked directly with an OMS (Order Management System)
- Have direct experience working with B2B, B2C contact generation tools; Zoom Info, Definitive Healthcare, LinkedinSales Navigator, D&B, Media Radar

**Education**

Bachelor's or Master's degree and/or equivalent professional experience
