Salesforce Administrator

We're seeking a dynamic Salesforce Administrator proficient in Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your expertise in Salesforce configuration and development within a collaborative, cross-functional agile environment. To thrive in this role, you'll need a deep understanding of Salesforce software and its functionalities, coupled with the ability to navigate and implement complex solutions in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar capacity will be highly advantageous, allowing you to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
- Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities, including Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and capability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Minimum English Qualifications: B1

- **System Monitoring and Optimization**:
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Optimize system configurations to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- **Integration and App Management**:
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems seamlessly.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for data analysis.
- Provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce configurations and processes.
