Somos una consultora IT de capital español que esta ampliando su operación en Colombia buscamos asesores comerciales con experiência en generación de leads de forma telefónica con de 1 año de experiência mínima en el sector de las tecnologías de información, conocimiento de licenciamiento Microsoft y manejo de clientes B2B en todos los sectores.
Funciones: Prospectar y perfilar clientes corporativos. Gestionar clientes en las diferentes etapas del proceso. Seguimiento a prospectos del canal Inbound. Desarrollar propuestas de valor para aumentar la cantidad clientes y retención, haciendo uso de herramientas de análisis de datos. Conocer a fondo nuestro portafolio para mantener una atención y asesoría de calidad a las personas interesadas en nuestros servicios y productos. Analizar las necesidades e intereses de los clientes. Capacidad para demostrar las soluciones a los clientes potenciales. Reunir la documentación necesaria para la conversión del cliente Cumplir o superar la cuota de ventas Preparar propuestas de acuerdo a las necesidades específicas de los clientes.
