**Rol y Responsabilidades**

El rol principal del Oficial Técnico de Subvenciones - Proyectos Especiales, es brindar apoyo a los Gerentes de Proyecto en los procesos de elaboración y consolidación de informes a donantes (Ministerio de Educación Nacional-MEN, Embajada Noruega, USAID-BHA) y acompañar los procesos del PCM (Ciclo de Gestión del Proyecto) de éstos en conjunto con los Gerentes del Proyecto. Así mismo garantizar la implementación del SOP de procesos y gestión de subvenciones (SOPCOL0069), la preparación de documentos para donantes, organización de reuniones y la preparación y actualización de herramientas clave para los proyectos que ha sido delegado. Además, el Oficial Técnico apoyará a las gerencias de proyecto y a su equipo en las tareas habituales relacionadas con la gestión de subvenciones como se requiera, con la orientación técnica de Gerente de Subvenciones y Socios.
