The LATAM Regional Transformation Program Manager will be part of the CAO Organization’s LATAM In-Business Risk and Control team. The CAO In-Business Risk and Control team is responsible for overseeing and managing regional activities related to priority global regulatory remediation programs, including the Transformation initiative. This will require close coordination with the global program owners and in-country implementation teams, as well as reporting back to Regional Management. This position will help lead a critical regulatory & transformation effort to be implemented across the region.

The role will receive support from the Cross-Enterprise Transformation Program Manager to ensure execution of the global transformation program in the LATAM region goes as expected and the planned goals are being achieved—a successful delivery of the global transformation program in the region, as well as successful execution of critical regulatory regional programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs critical to the Regional Transformation.
- Identifies stakeholders and key organizations; must build and manage relationships.
- Directs the creation of multiple programs of work and manages their alignment to business goals.
- Leads the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional macro level topics within/across programs and with Regional Management.
- Leads the identification and drives resolution of issues, including those outside established programs of work.
- Works with stakeholders to ensure program scope definition meets business objectives.
- Works with Program Sponsors to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives for the region.
- Drives adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery and leverages across the region.
- Directs the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including regional management, on a timely basis.
- Ensures creation and signoff of regional program plan and charter, benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and regional program issue log.
- Ensures program plans meet business needs as described in the program initiation documents for the region.
- Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities, understands the program schedule and key milestones, and receives updated schedule status regularly from the Global Program Lead.
- Escalates program risks to the relevant stakeholders and regional management as appropriate.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience
- Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates consistent track record of having worked as a Program or Project Manager, or working on large, strategic, cross-functional projects
- Previous program/project management, consulting or business analysis experience preferred with the ability to create and manage large and complex projects
- General understanding of relevant banking regulation and supervisory expectations for large complex financial institutions
- Track record of managing internal relationships and demonstrated experience in leading sustained change and change management efforts
- Experience in PMO or project’s audit management is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively problem solve
- Well-developed listening skills and a strong ability to engage at the senior management level
- Articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in driving positive and sustained change

**Education**:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

PMP, Six Sigma or equivalent certification preferred but not required
