**Cómo será el día**

El Manager de Compensación será el responsable de administrar y reestructurar el área de Compensación, trabajará en un equipo regional reportando al líder Latam Compensation ubicado en Argentina, enfocado en la implementación, desarrollo y evolución de los objetivos regionales y será el punto focal para los líderes de América Latina.
- Administrar el sistema de compensación a corto-medio y largo plazo;
- Manejar la retribución fija y variable;
- Administrar long term incentives;
- Manejar los KPIs de People;
- Desarrollar y asegurar la aplicación de políticas y prácticas, reevaluando la adherencia al mercado;
- Desarrollar proyectos de compensación para identificar brechas y oportunidades: beneficios, incentivos a corto y mediano plazo, comisiones, entre otros;
- Gerenciar la estrategia de beneficios y contacto con proveedores;
- Hacer Job Pricing y benchmark de mercado;
- Armar de ofertas salariales;
- Administrar las bandas salariales;
- Hacer/ Participar de encuestas de mercado;
- Manejar del principio a fin el proceso de performance cycle;
- Realizar entrenamientos de la filosofía de compensación y Comp cycle;
- Administrar el presupuesto y forecast con el objetivo de analizar los impactos de los costos y mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
**Habilidades y experiência que conducirán al éxito**
- Graduación Completa en RRHH, Administración o areas relacionadas;
- Posgrado será considerado un diferencial;
- Conocimientos sólidos en compensación para Latam;
- Conocimiento de la legislación laboral de los países de Latam preferentemente;
- Conocimiento en KPIs de HR;
- Manejo de expatriados;
- Metodología Job Matching para encuestas de mercado;
- Manejo de beneficios;
- Administración del presupuesto de la compañía y de People principalmente;
- Habilidades numéricas;
- Inglés intermedio/avanzado;
- Portugués preferentemente;
- Office avanzado.
