Job Title: Supplier Service Hub Associate

- To be the first point of contact for any queries or service requests in Source to Pay.- Handle daily inflow of queries and service requests in STP.- Language expertise in Spanish or Portuguese- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of queries and service requests.- Display a high level of ownership and expertise for addressing queries and service requests.- Highlight customer concerns and high priority issues and ask for support where required.- Actively participate in performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous process and service improvement.- Provide inputs to improve cycle time for service request resolutions.- Provide training and mentorship to new team members.- Provide expertise in complex cases.- Act as back up to team lead.- Provide inputs on queries and service requests and provide plans to improve reduction in queries.- Provide inputs for improvement of user experience.- Drive team to have continuous focus on user experience.- Maintaining and enriching the knowledge base, crafting an active repository of case management resolutions.- Consistently upskilling and res-killing oneself and seek opportunities to learn processes end to end- Ensure all the relevant PTP controls are operated and adhered to in their area of work.

About you:
- University graduate, BCom, BBA, BBM- Experience in a computerised accounting department of a large, reputable commercial organisation- Exposure to Service Desk/Help Desk- Exposure to Case management systems- Customer care and team playing skills.Essential Skills:
- Customer facing experience.- Passionate about customer/user experience- Excellent communications skills.- Good understanding of AP process- Understanding of accounting
