**Sobre la posición**:
**¿Cómo nos ayudarás a lograr nuestra misión?**
- Garantiza la ejecución operacional y cubrimiento de todas las necesidades del cliente, utilizando los recursos asignados (personal, flota, tecnología y presupuesto) de forma eficiente. Garantizando el cumplimiento del forecast establecido.
- Crear el plan de incentivos y bonificaciones, liquidar de pagos a flota y registro financiero cumpliendo con el budget establecido
- Liderar el personal operacional vertical de carga, asegurando el cumplimiento de las funciones asignadas de cada rol para el cumplimiento de níveles de servicio.
- Garantizar la adquisición, retención y programación eficiente de la flota. (Flota propia y Flota fidelizada). Desarrollando iniciativas a lo largo de LTV de los socios conductores
- Garantizar el registro documental operacional del 100% de las rutas ejecutadas y solución de novedades operacionales (Níveles de servicio, robos, seguros, reclamos y quejas)
- Implementar modelos de gestión y medición de indicadores claves operacionales para el monitoreo operacional.
- Planificar la demanda de clientes con el fin de anticipar los recursos requeridos para el cumplimiento.

- Desarrollar modelos de eficiencia operacional para maximizar la utilización de flota.
- Desarrollar el modelo de pricing para todos los clientes y la definición tarifaria de cobro y pago a conductores.
- Desarrollar las habilidades del personal a cargo, planificar actividades de integración y motivación.

- Acerca de tu formación, será muy interesante para nosotros que tengas estudios de especialización en Administración Logistica o afines
- Nos gustaría que contaras con al menos 3 años de experiência relacionada
- Queremos contar con una persona con habilidades de liderazgo, mentalidad estratégica, orientada al detalle, capaz de autogestionarse, trabajar en equipo y adaptarse al cambio.
- En Cabify trabajamos con Tableau y es un gran plus que cuentes con experiência con esta herramienta o cualquier otra herramienta de visualización de datos.
