**What Distinguishes You**:

- **Certification and Expertise**: A Certified BIM Coordinator, with an ISO 19650 Certification is seen as a significant advantage, though not mandatory. Your extensive understanding of ISO 19650 standards, with or without the certificate, is crucial.
- **Revit Mastery**:Your proficiency in Revit should be advanced, demonstrating a thorough grasp of complex modeling challenges.
- **Innovation-Driven Professional Experience**:Your professional background should showcase a strong foundation in standardization and exceptional leadership in managing client projects, reflecting your dedication and professional excellence.
- **Comprehensive Technical Skills**: Apart from **Revit**, your skills should cover **BIM360, Navisworks**, and other essential BIM Tools, illustrating your capability to address and solve complex issues effectively
- **Exceptional Communication Skills**: The ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to a diverse audience is indispensable.
- **Teaching Skills - ESSENTIAL**: Your capacity to educate, particularly in addressing architects' needs, is vital for our team.

**Location and Additional Requirements**:

- **U.S. Market Experience**: Experience with the U.S. market is highly regarded, adding valuable insight into project management and client interactions.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in English is a must, with fluency in Spanish also necessary to effectively manage projects and communicate across the Latin American context.
- **Team Management and Project Coordination Experience**: Ambition and a willingness to learn are key, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required, though we prefer individuals with 5+ years.
