- **We are looking for a Financial Consultant who**:_
- Develops a plan that aligns with customers' goals and objectives.
- Analyzes operational processes and determines the gap between the client's requirements/specifications and the standard functionalities of the proposed solutions.
- Collaborates with project leaders and the implementation team to ensure understanding of the set-up requirements, business-aligned objectives, and obtains a complete understanding of the current business processes.
- Supports the customer with the transition to the new system.
- Supports in the solutions configuration, includes but is not limited to: Defining roles and authorizations; Creating users and assigning the roles; Defining process and adapt workflows.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Knowledge of Accounting Full Cycle.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge in Microsoft Projects, preferred.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Customer services skills.
