**About you**

Are you looking for an international financial career in the dynamic Meetings & Events industry and do you have 1-3 years experience in a finance related position and are you interested in financial automation? We are looking for someone tech savvy to join our Global M&E Finance team

**Global Financial Systems Analyst - BCD Meetings & Events**
- fulltime_

**The Global Financial Systems Analyst is the first line support for resolving user queries, escalation of issues and own the resolution. Support with ideas on improvements and automation.**

**Your responsibilities**
- Primary contact for Error and Interface queries from the SAP users through the central mailbox or internal Ticket platform
- Clear and open communication to users
- Assist with SAP Migrations: Master Data, AP, AR & Projects
- Daily review of interface error logs
- Alignment with internal Finance and Technical teams on SAP interface errors and resolutions
- Co-ordinate with system users to review process and reporting changes to improve efficiency
- Regular housekeeping activities to ensure the integrity of the data within SAP through liaison with relevant teams (Global Master Data, SAP Team and Finance)
- Creating Power Automate flows to extract data via API for reporting
- Ad Hoc Client and Internal financial report building in both Excel and Power BI
- Explain functionalities and improvements to users on SAP and connected systems

**You’re good at**
- Communicating effectively in English and Spanish, both written and verbal (Portuguese is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer service skills
- Effective time management skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and strict deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to ever-changing scenarios; ability to respond to change
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous accounting experience in A/P, A/R, and G/L
- Ability to initiate new ideas
- Knowledge of SAP Finance modules
- Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
- Capability of problem solving - Anticipating, initiating and resolving issues
- Communicating with your colleagues & management while also being able to work by yourself
- Explaining complicated finance topics to non-financials
- Analyzing processes and have strong numeric and analytical skills

**You might also have**
- Some knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate & Power Platform
- Knowledge of SharePoint
