You work in Mondelēz International Digital Services to lead in the development of tools, frameworks and skills that ensure the effective delivery of the experience strategy for a specific process area (which could be in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc.). You also work with other service operations employees to ensure they are using processes and tools to ensure an impeccable customer experience.

**What you need to know about this position**:
As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our organization.

**Job specific requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in a leadership roles, preferably in a recruitment and/or HR setting. Previous experience in recruitment agencies will be a plus.
- Previous experience managing TA projects and/or Employer Branding initiatives is highly desirable.
- Ability to navigate in matrix and global corporate environments.
- Influencing skills and stakeholder management.
- Business acumen and market understanding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to deal with multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Spanish.
