**Job Description**:
AECOM is seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to support growth efforts in Colombia. This role is a temporary role expected to last 6 - 10 months with the possibility of converting to full-time.

We're looking for someone to assist the Colombia office in sourcing, screening, recruiting, and onboarding new hires for significant infrastructure projects.

The individual will work closely with in-country leadership and hiring managers, U.S.based talent acquisition team, and HR support team based in Manilla, Philippines.

El puesto apoyará la búsqueda y contratación de Arquitectura, Ingeniería y Construcción y otros profesionales del personal técnico en Colombia.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends.
- Build relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed.

**Qualifications**:
BA / BS + 4 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Bilingual in English and Spanish (Written and Verbal)

Previous experience recruiting in the engineering, architecture or construction fields.
