As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, to will be the front line support for the North American and Latin American Talent Acquisition teams as we grow our teams to fulfill our purpose of Engineering for a Better World. We are building out our team in Bogota, and you’ll have the chance to help build and improve our processes, systems and reporting to create a best-in-class function. GEA is one of the largest suppliers for the food, beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical and farm technology industries. For our planet and future generations.**Your responsibilities and tasks**:

- Responsible for delivering consistently high-quality process execution while supporting the Talent Acquisition teams in North and Latin America in the following areas:

- Timely execution of background checks by country/region
- Compilation of data and creation of meaningful executive and operational reports and dashboards
- Accurate creation of employment contracts and offer letters across the North and Latin American region
- Direct Support of the Talent Acquisition process which could include advertising job positions, screening resume and scheduling interviews for the Talent Acquisition team and managers across the region.
- Identify operational problems and subsequent solutions engaging with appropriate stakeholders
- Able to manage adhoc queries in a timely fashion

**Your profile and qualifications**:

- 2+ years of relevant working experience in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition related support or administrative role
- Post-secondary education within Human Resources, Business Administration or other related - or equivalent experience
- Experience with Human Resource Systems (HRIS) or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday or SAP is a plus
- Poses a solution-oriented mindset and ability to execute on improvement ideas towards a better function
- Possesses a service and customer-oriented mindset
- Written and verbal fluency in both English and Spanish - additionally, French or Portuguese is highly desired.
- Solution-oriented mindset and expresses improvement ideas to Expert/ Team lead based on data and examples
- Contributes as a member of smaller team projects on solutions in close cooperation with team lead or stakeholders
- Ensures that HR Operations standards and guidelines are followed & complied
- Establishes improvements to ensure quality for their own work, e.g. 4-eye-principle
