We are looking for will-driven and dedicated **Talent Acquisition Associate** who will be responsible for providing administrative and logístical support of company-wide recruiting efforts. The **Talent Acquisition Associate** will assist with the screening and interview process, and provides other support, as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Conduct phone screen and remote/onsite interviews with applicants.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
- Completes administrative work at the end of shift. Update all trackers including applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

- At least 6 months to 1 year Recruitment Experience in BPO/call center particularly with volume hiring.
- Fast learner, team player and self governed.
- Can work in a fast paced environment and can multi-task.
- Meticulous attitude and very keen to details
- Good people skills.
- Resilient and with good mental fortitude.
- Knowledge with applicant experience is an advantage.
- Experience in conducting Behavioral Interviews is a plus.
- Has the ability to ask the right questions and with good probing skills.
- Must be willing to work on mid afternoon shift.
- Experience in using Google Suite is a plus - google sheets and documents is prefered.
- Must be willing to work onsite
