Key Account Manager Atlantico
**Objetivo de la posición**:
Negociar, planear, ejecutar y supervisar la venta mensual de sus clientes, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos en ventas, cartera, costos operador logístico/equipo tercerizado, estrategias trade, negociaciones y DPSM.
Velar por la implementación de las negociaciones de los diferentes canales a Cargo (Superetes, tiendas mayoristas) de la región a cargo y la ejecución de estrategia DPSM en PDV del Canal Tradicional.
**Responsabilidades clave**:
Responsable por un volumen anual de 48.000 mil millones NIV, de la regional de Atlantico, canal tradicional el cual está compuesto por Supermercados independientes, mayoristas yTAT
- Responsable de crear y ejecutar actividades disruptivas hacia el trade que garanticen el Sell-out que sean consistentes y sostenibles en el mediano y largo plazo
- Desarrollo de los supermercados TIPO A mediante planes específicos, fáciles de ejecutar y con un retorno
- Mejorar el mix entre categorías logrando un crecimiento explosivo en las sub categorías rentables (BIG BETS) mediante planes con foco y objetivos claros
- Responsable de mantener y recuperar la distribución numérica y ponderada en nuestras categorías y canales asignados
- Planes de trabajo por ejecutivo y cliente para mejorar el phasing del sell-out lo cual es directamente proporcional al phasing de sell in en la compañía
- Garantizar el trabajo integral y la disciplina administrativa del equipo en términos de legalizaciones de actividades y cartera lo cual nos debe poner en un DSO de 40 días total regional y solo mantener los short payments corrientes
- Desarrollo del equipo comercial mediante planes de trabajo que se enfocaban en capitalizar las oportunidades de cada miembro y a su vez potencializar y compartir sus áreas de gran fortaleza
- Alcanzar el top 1 de los mejores canales en distribution, price, shelving and merchandising (DPSM) superando el target propuesto para cada KPI
