- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently while still promoting teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and use technology effectively, including CRM software and scheduling tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
