**Latin America Pre-Sales Leader**

**AWS, Azure, Digital Workplace & SAP Services**

The role:
The Pre-sales Leader for AWS, Azure, Digital Workplace and SAP Services is the leader and owner of the relevant presales teams in Latin America. Is responsible for achieving GP targets for solution areas and the localisation of the global solution and services strategy. Must be an expert technologist with market leading knowledge of the applicable current and future technology landscape.

The role is a leadership position with the requirement to act as a player-coach whilst the team size is increasing. Works alongside the peer Pre-Sales Leader for Software Portfolio Services and reports directly to the Services Sales Leader. Is responsible for the management and achievement of the services sales and software solutions sales targets, through the execution of the solutions sales team they manage. Responsibility extends to the creation of pre-sales policies and standards; matrix responsibility for the centralised pre-sales Services; and building a strong technology sales orientation across the business.

Whilst acting in the player-coach capacity, the role includes the responsibilities of a Pre-Sales Architect. That includes: to scope professional services opportunities and assist in the creation and delivery of Statements of Work (SoW) to customers; co-owns sales activities at a customer level with the field-based account manager; and to prepare cost estimates for licensing and product sales as well as professional services by studying customer documents; consulting with other engineers and technical personnel.

**Solution Sales Leadership**

Management and leadership responsibility of Pre-sales consultants across the region.

Responsible for maintaining expert-level market knowledge of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Foundation Publishers and working knowledge of Tier 2 Emerging Publishers.

Local leader of select service GTMs.

Stakeholder in relationship management with defined Tier 1 and Tier 2 non-Microsoft publishers.

**Sales Leadership**

Responsible for partnering with Sales Leadership, Pre-sales consultants, and BDMs to drive
_net new_ business opportunities.

Creates and maintains proper pipeline cadence and forecast accuracy.

40-60% of time spent in customer-facing sales activities.

Acts as a corporate and technical evangelist for marketing activities including speaking/presenter engagements at conferences, conventions, user groups, webinars, etc.

Owns and drives services targets in the Region.

**Services**

Responsible for the significant growth of services sales and maturity of services sales.

Drives and executes the strategy of solutions and software attach to existing customer projects.

What we need to see from you:

+7 years of overall technical & sales experience

+4 years of experience in a team management role is required.

Experience in carrying a sales target

Previous technical management background is required.

Experience creating and leading technology GTMs, leading technical solutions/pre-sales teams

**your knowledge**

University degree preferred (in the field of Information Technology, Business, and/or or equivalent combination of experience and education; Master’s degree preferred).

Intimate familiarity with SI landscape and processes around services delivery.

Ability to sell, scope, price with limited support

**Your Language Skill**

Written and verbal Intermediate English Level.
