**Ubicación**: BOGOTÁ - ROSALES 72 - Cl. 72 #8-24, Quinta Camacho. Piso 4, 6, 7 y 8, Bogotá

**Días y Horario del Turno**: Lunes a Viernes, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

**Remuneración: 2.800.000** (1.820.000 salario prestacional + 980.000 auxilio no prestacional fijo) **+ bono por attendance + auxilio de transporte (162.000)**

¿Eres una persona dinámica con un talento innato para las ventas? Estamos buscando un talentoso Representante de Desarrollo de Ventas para unirse a nuestro equipo en Bogotá. Como parte integral de nuestro equipo de ventas, desempeñarás un papel fundamental en el impulso de nuestro negocio al identificar clientes potenciales, cultivar leads y fomentar relaciones duraderas.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Utilizar habilidades de comunicación excepcionales para interactuar con clientes potenciales y establecer conexiones significativas.
- Prospectar activamente y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio para impulsar el crecimiento de la empresa.
- Gestionar leads a través del ciclo de ventas, desde el primer contacto hasta el cierre de acuerdos, asegurando una progresión fluida y seguimientos oportunos.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para alinear estrategias y alcanzar objetivos de ventas colectivos.

**Habilidades y Calificaciones**:

- **Dominio del Inglés**: Un sólido dominio del inglés es esencial para interacciones con clientes.
- **Comunicador Excepcional**: Capacidad para involucrar y persuadir a individuos, incitándolos a explorar oportunidades.
- **Persistencia**: Demostrar resistencia y tenacidad en la búsqueda de leads y superar obstáculos.
- **Enfoque Equilibrado**: Lograr el equilibrio perfecto entre asertividad y amabilidad, generando resultados mientras se mantiene la profesionalidad.
- **Experiência en Ventas**: Idealmente, de 6 meses a 1 año de éxito comprobado en un rol de ventas.
- **Gestión de Leads**: Competencia en identificar clientes potenciales, nutrir leads y navegar el ciclo de ventas.
