Supporting the accounting processes for all the local markets in scope. Invoice posting, creating, and maintaining vendor accounts, coordinating processes connected to clearing liabilities, balance reconciliation, as well as supporting the implementation and maintenance of new processes.

It is true, that the SSCS goal is promote automation for daily ERP but not all postings can be fully automated. However, it does not mean that an accounts payable’s job revolves only around processing invoices, but also making good use of several databases, implementing, and maintaining global processes of the company, as well as using financial and accounting expertise.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Invoice posting and checking/comment samples of touchless invoices.
- Invoice fiscal verification.
- Month and year-end closings.
- Payment activities and Bank statement account maintenance.
- Manual intercompany reconciliation.
- Month and year-end closings.
- Vendor and local user query resolution
- Automation and standardization of all AP processes and workflows.

**Professional competencies**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- More than 3 years of relevant experience in roles of Accounts Payable.
- English level (at least B2).
