Community Minerals is a company that specializes in the purchase of mineral or royalty rights all over the US. We have earned "A+" stellar reputation with the Better Business Bureau. We are looking for an experienced sales representative who is able to effectively qualify, build rapport, and acquire mineral rights from interested leads.
Our company is focused on acquiring mineral interests and properties across the United States. Mineral rights are a piece of real estate in which an individual owns the rights to produce natural gas, oil, coal, metals, water, etc. We have built out an offline and online marketing system that successfully generates warm leads (prospective clients call us).
We are growing very quickly, having doubled in size since July 2020, and are currently on track to triple in size by year-end 2023. We look forward to hiring motivated hard workers to help us achieve a strong 2023 together.
**Qualifications and responsibilities**:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in sales or telemarketing (specifically real estate or car sales)
- Must have a strong background as a sales representative
- Must have the ability to persuade and overcome objections from potential leads
- Must know how to convey offers and negotiate with prospective sellers to close each deal quickly and efficiently
- Must be periodic and persistent in doing follow-up work throughout the sales cycle to maintain positive client relations and protect brand reputation. Must have a top-notch communication (written and oral) skills (neutral to good American English accent)
- Must have high customer retention rate from previous jobs
- Must be able to call on warm leads to close the deal
- Able to qualify, build rapport, and acquire mineral rights from interested leads
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Superior communication skills with customers and team
- Has strong attention to detail and is able to multi-task
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Pipedrive, is also a plus but is not required.
- Can work 6-8 hours/day during regular business hours however hours may also be worked Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons.
**Benefits**:
- 100% work remotely
- Full-time position and 40 hours per week are required. Hours are typically worked during normal business hours, but we are flexible, e.g. some of our acquisition agents choose to work a few weekend hours to free up time during the week
- Pays commission, per-deal bonuses, and monthly team target bonuses in addition to the hourly rate.
- All prospective applicants will receive detailed paid training prior to solo work.
Pay: $1,060,317 - $1,590,476 per week
