- Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract- Shift: Monday to Friday | 8 to 5 PST- Work Setup: Remote/Work from Home- Salary: 2,500,000 to 3,500,000 COP- Perks: Incentives, Above-average salary, Global exposure

- Have the ability to work well with fellow associates, clients, and vendors.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Maintain neat, clean, and healthy work habits.
- Be extremely confident in cold calling.
- Have the ability to work alone or in a fast-paced office setting.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills with both existing associates and new hires.
- Have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Perform all actions in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Convictions of EHL.
- Provide a “WOW” experience and effectively communicate with associates, clients, partners, and vendors via phone, written communication, and/or in person.
- Seek feedback: Host regular and timely communication with associates and Manager.
- Be willing to assume additional responsibilities/duties/projects as they arise.
- Perform all actions in accordance with policies and procedures of the company.
- Be expected to meet productivity guidelines of the position.
- Effectively use software specific to the position and Microsoft Office products.
- Work well with other members of the EHL team and be willing to fill in when needed.
- Identify key contacts.
- Have a working knowledge of EHL processes/policies.
- Coordinate phone, onsite/offsite meetings, Zooms, etc., for TAMs/Management.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally.
- Produce weekly recruiting reports and meet with TAM daily for updates.
- Track activities daily for reporting.
- Participate in recruiting events.
- Work closely with TAM to constantly refine the dialing and scheduling process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
