**Job Title**: Salesforce Delivery Leader - Colombia

The Salesforce Country Lead is a dynamic and strategic leader responsible for driving growth, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring operational excellence within the Colombia team. This role involves collaborating with US pursuit teams to optimize staffing and delivery models. The Salesforce Country Lead also plays a crucial role in the professional development of the Colombia team, ensuring they stay aligned with industry trends and customer needs.

**Responsibilities**:
**Leadership and Team Building**:

- Lead and inspire the Colombia team, setting a strong example for teamwork, integrity, and excellence.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
- Maximizing team performance through an effective team approach that increases productivity and job satisfaction.

**Strategic Growth**:

- Develop and execute growth strategies for the Colombia market, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities, assess risks, and create actionable plans to drive responsible growth.
- Collaborate with US pursuit teams to optimize staffing and delivery processes.

**Delivery Excellence**:

- Ensures overall quality of delivery by Colombia team
- Drive continuous quality best practices in shaping of pursuits, staffing of teams and ongoing delivery

**Operational Excellence**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Work closely with US pursuit teams to align strategies, share best practices, and enhance collaboration.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and contribute to organizational success.

**Qualifications**:
