Chiper es una startup tecnológica presente en Colombia, México y en Brasil. La plataforma ofrece productos de consumo masivo a precios directos desde fabricantes hasta negocios independientes como tiendas de barrio, licoreras, mini mercados, etc. Nuestro propósito es crear puentes entre personas de ingresos medios y bajos que buscan mejores alternativas para comprar sus bienes de primera necesidad., sus necesidades y oportunidades de modelos tradicionales y obsoletos con tecnología, siempre pensando en ese usuario final y sus alternativas. Nuestra inspiración es el comprador final que se abastece en estos negocios independientes.Chiper nació como proyecto en 2018 y en 2019 se lanzó como empresa. Hemos tenido un crecimiento acelerado y buscamos sumar a nuestro equipo emprendedores que sueñan con comerse el mundo, que disfrutan de un entorno de incertidumbre y cocreación. Queremos personas que, ante todo, quieran ser los mejores en lo que hacen y también ayudar a sus compañeros a ser los mejores.

**Tus principales responsabilidades serán**:

- Coordinar el procesamiento de pedidos mediante procesos de reabastecimiento del almacén y picking eficientes y controlados.
- Coordinar el proceso de recibo mediante la gestión de citas y procesos de descargue productivos y confiables.
- Asegurar actividades para mantener un inventario confiable, un proceso de almacenamiento controlado.
- Gestionar los equipos asignados por el operador logístico, empoderando a las personas con sus funciones y haciendo seguimiento a los cumplimientos de los procesos.
- Analizar cada rubro del costo logístico para generar planes de acción que minimicen los valores incurridos.
- Alinear con los equipos de growth y adquisiciones, las promesas de atención a los clientes y comunicación oportuna sobre las novedades operativas.
- Alinear con el equipo de abastecimiento las interacciones para lograr un inventario que cumple con las políticas y níveles de seguridad.

**Estamos buscando las siguientes habilidades**:

- Capacidad demostrable para liderar equipos de trabajo ,y gestionar personal
- Capacidad para trabajar con autonomía
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas, organizativas y para la resolución de problemas
- organización, manejo de prioridades, multitask
- Dominio de software de logística estándar
- Conocimiento en procesos de picking.
- Conocimiento en procesos de almacenamiento.
- Conocimiento en procesos de distribución.
- Dominio Avanzado del Excel

**Otros requerimientos**:

- Lic. en Administrador de Empresas o Ingeniero Industrial o afín.
- Especialización en Gerencia de Logística; abastecimiento o relacionadas.
- Experiência demostrable como Líder de logística de 3 a 5 años.
