**Job Summary**

**Responsible for managing the creation and implementation of engaging content for our owned, paid and earned media channels following digital industry standards and best practice as well as following Colgate policies and brand guidelines. You will work with main stakeholders, from our Digital, eCommerce and Agencies to Marketing, Customer Development and GIT teams, supporting multiple brands.**

**Responsibilities/Accountabilities**

**1. Strategic thinking, able to solve complex communication challenges and project management.**
**2. Lead the production and implementation of assets for LATAM digital and eCommerce campaigns**
**3. Maintain working relationships with all stakeholders to ensure effective coordination of activities in support of corporate objectives.**

**4. Manage resources (Web developers, photographers, graphic designers, project managers and coordinators).**

**5. Empower the team on the creation and implementation of digital marketing activities such as website development, content creation and localization, SEO/SEM, display media, videos, partnerships and eCommerce implementation.**

**6. Manage and align the roll out of global projects in LATAM.**

**7. Lead and ensure the implementation of content guidelines for all brands in LATAM.**
**8. Contribute to corporate strategies with content production**

**9. Liaise between BEX and internal clients communicating clear timelines and needs**
**10. Ensure the implementation of the digital content within Owned Media Assets for LATAM. (Websites and Youtube channels)**

**11. Responsible for the team’s performance review and individual development plan. Ensure that objectives of direct reports and BEX developers are aligned with the regional/division goals.**

**12. Oversee regional digital agencies and other suppliers providing guidance on digital assets development, ensuring deliverables are complying with the market best practices and company guidelines.**
**13. Establish processes to ensure consistency and improve visibility to all stakeholders of digital projects.**
**14. Oversee meetings with global digital teams, global agencies and other stakeholders to anticipate requirements and manage the workload across divisions.**

**Range of Qualifications**

**Level of Education: Graduation**

**Years of Experience: 4+**

**Functional Experience and Technical Skills**:
**At least 4 years of experience as a digital marketing coordinator, digital creative team coordination or Operations Director in an agency.**

**Experience with digital fundamentals: websites, search, digital media, CRM/ database marketing, social media, mobile marketing, measurement & optimization**

**Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in project and team management.**

**Technical knowledge of website design, development and maintenance, search engine optimization and experience working with CMS**

**Experience working with digital / creative agencies and offshore resources**

**Experience with digital tools and softwares required to develop digital assets**:

- **CMS: Adobe, OpenText**:

- **Code: HTML5, CSS3, javascript
- Software: Adobe software for image and video edition, html coding**:

- **Familiar with Google tools (YouTube, Google Analytics, Google Webmasters, etc)**
