**The Role**

As our Junior Account Manager, you'll work directly with our Lead Account Manager to support client campaigns while developing your digital marketing expertise.

Your day-to-day will consist of:

- Assisting with monitoring & reporting on Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads performance
- Supporting account management under senior guidance
- Helping launch & track creative/ad copy tests
- Learning campaign optimization techniques
- Contributing to strategy discussions
- Following established PPC processes and suggesting improvements
- Supporting copywriting ideation (our copywriter will write the final copy)
- Contributing to creative ideation (our graphic designer will produce the final creatives)

**Tech Stack**: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Optmyzr, Gmail, Drive, Slack.

- **Communicative**: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

- **Analytical**: Basic understanding of data analysis and eagerness to develop these skills
- **Self-Motivated**: Proactive in seeking learning opportunities and taking initiative within defined parameters

**Nice to Have**:

- 0-2 year experience in PPC or digital marketing
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager
- Experience with Google Ads and/or any paid social platforms
