**Overview
- **A Contact Support Representative is responsible as a liaison where they will provide information about our products and services, answer questions, and resolve any issues that may be facing our customer's accounts with precision and efficiency.
**Job Duties**:
- Assist the client in the use of the platform.
- Clarify doubts or questions.
- Address problems "bugs" effectively.
- Listen to comments and suggestions from customers.
- Provide solutions to possible problems or needs.
- Other tasks assigned according to operational needs.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Previous experience with team viewer or similar solutions.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS Browser tools, etc.)
- Basic command prompt/ Terminal usage for troubleshooting (ping, ipconfig, telnet, etc.)
