JJoin our fast-growing company as a **Spanish speaking Customer Support Representative** with fluent Spanish and C1 English language skills.

You will handle tickets from clients of beauty marketplace. You will be a part of dream-team who makes consumer’s experience easy and enjoyable.

**It is a remote full-time position**.

**It is a temporary 4 months project (until the end of March)**

**Schedule**:9 AM - 6 PM EST, (Shifts - Tue-Sat, Sun-Thur, Thur-Mon, Sat-Wed, Wed-Sun, Fri-Tue)

**Your responsibilities**:

- Answer between 35-100 tickets/day;
- Work with Zendesk and other CRM platforms, such as Sprout;
- Manage users’ accounts;
- Perform other related CS tasks, such as translations;
- Report to senior management.

You will join our team to answer questions about delivery delays, refund, replacement etc according to standard templates. Up to 100 tickets per day.
- **Previous experience in Customer Support, interest or experience dealing with makeup and beauty products will be a plus**:

- Needs to have English C1 + Spanish fluent writing and speaking;
- You are ready and can work in the proposed schedule;
- **Skills of active listening and attention to detail, respect for the Client, focus on helping Clients, empathy, calm character;**:

- Good computer skills;
- **Self-employment**. We will sign a contract with you as with independent businessman;
- You can work from home, don’t be distracted;
- Knows **Google Suite** (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar), **Zendesk experience as advantage;**:

- Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
