- Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract- Shift: Monday to Friday | 8 to 5 EST.- Work Setup: Onsite, Bogotá or Medellin
**What do you need to succeed?**
- Experience in digital design, with a focus on ad design.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision.
Tech Stack:
- Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, is crucial for transforming and adapting print advertisements into various digital formats. This includes Adobe Photoshop for image editing, Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics, and potentially Adobe InDesign for layout purposes.
- Graphic Design Tools: Familiarity with other graphic design tools may be beneficial, depending on your team's preferences and workflow. Tools like Sketch, Figma, or Canva can be useful for collaborative design and quick iterations.
- Digital Advertising Platforms: Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and their specifications is essential. Understanding the requirements and best practices for platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other relevant channels will help in optimizing the ads for performance.
- HTML and CSS Basics: While not mandatory, having a basic understanding of HTML and CSS can be advantageous. It allows the designer to make minor adjustments or troubleshoot issues related to the implementation of digital ads on various platforms.
- Project Management Tools: Efficient workflow management is crucial for meeting the set goals. Using project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira can help the team coordinate and track progress effectively.
- Communication Tools: Since the role requires collaboration and excellent communication skills, tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or other communication platforms can facilitate smooth interaction within the team.

- Adaptation and Conversion of Print Ads: Convert existing print ads into digital formats, ensuring they fit various digital dimensions. Key sizes include 336x280, 300x250, 728x90, 320x50, and 300x50. Aim to complete a set number of ads each week, contributing to a team goal of approximately 1000 ads per month.
- Quality Maintenance: Uphold the quality and branding consistency of the original print ads while adapting them for digital use. Ensure that each ad is visually appealing and effectively communicates within the digital context.
- Accuracy in Design: Meticulously check each digital ad for content accuracy, branding, and alignment with the design elements of the original print ad. Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining high accuracy in all conversions.
- Workflow Compliance: Follow established procedures for ad conversion, adhering to company guidelines and processes throughout the design adaptation phase.
