**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a Media Planning and CRM manager to lead the optimization of the media planning and the deployment of the CRM program for our Infant Nutrition business across the Latin American region.
A day in the life of a Media Planning and CRM Manager;
- Lead (1st and 2nd party) data acquisition strategy definition and deployment across all countries. Seek for acquisition mix cost-efficiencies.
- Lead the Media effectiveness optimization plan
- R un the media effectiveness analyses in collaboration with the media agency across all media channels
- Build the plan in collaboration with local marketing teams to guarantee best media performance and track results to drive constant optimization
- Deploy CRM Program
- Support each country to build their CRM campaigns - adapting the regional frameworks to fit local communication strategy.
- Demonstrate innovation and creativity to attract parents, driving them through the digital journey towards brand conversion
- Lead CRM dashboard deployment and optimization. Analyze campaign results, optimize the following campaigns and find automation opportunities
- Drive data collection throughout the campaigns with the objective to improve personalization across all channels.
**What will make you successful**:
- 4-5 years digital marketing experience across both media planning and CRM campaign creation in a B2C environment - ideally at the regional level.
- Media planning experience: coordinating owned and earned media campaigns optimization; managing media spend Budget distribution across formats and along the funnel
- Data, personalization and CRM experience including 1st and 2nd party data collection, management, segmentation and progressive profiling; audiences management and comms personalization
- Experience in digital & media Analytics - driving measurement and optimization of social media, website, media and CRM Campaign KPIs.
- Deep knowledge on Marketing Cloud solutions and Data Driven Marketing tech ecosystem.
