- Understand customers’ needs; participate in offer definition and its promotion.
- Focused on project´s offer
- Provide case per case basic support for the project, before handing over to Project´s Solution manager
- Lead, and accountable for, the Project technical answer
- Lead, and accountable for, the project delivery
- Synchronize delivery with project manager
- Ensure that quality and cost reach the targets
- Provide first level support to customers
- Solve most of the customers’ requests and issues
- Manage the customers’ communication under the control of the sales manager
**Requirements**:
- Engineering degree in Computer / Electronics or Telecommunication Sciences
- Previous experience in technical support or project management
- Technical Skills: Smart card and passport, PKI
- Advanced level of English
