**About the Back-Office Representative Position**:
**Back-Office Representative Responsibilities**:

- Review, approve, and organize restaurant purchasing data using the software.
- Troubleshoot client issues and help restaurants solve problems through Non-Voice channels.
- Work on, and when necessary, escalate exceptions and unusual situations.
- Identify areas for process or product improvement.
- Build strong client relationships and generate overall goodwill.

**Back-Office Representative Requirements**:

- Experience in the restaurant or food & beverage industry is REQUIRED.
- B2 or higher English level (Good written skills).
- Full-time availability.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Comfort with numbers.
