Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as On-Site Call Center Representatives in Barranquilla. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Address customer concerns, complaints, and issues with empathy and professionalism, striving for swift resolution.
- Assist customers with product or service-related questions, account inquiries, and technical support.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Accurately and efficiently enter and update customer information and interactions in the company's database or CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues or escalate them as needed.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service delivery.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, such as call handling metrics, customer satisfaction scores, and sales goals.
- Continuously develop and enhance customer service skills through training and self-directed learning.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and a customer-centric culture.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on finding effective and efficient solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and customer demands.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.

**Salary**: $ 2.500.000 - 3.000.000 COP / Month

**Schedule**: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
