**Job description**:
El cargo de Asistente Administrativo es un papel clave en el funcionamiento de la empresa, con especial atención a las tareas de organización, y es responsable de la buena administración y la gestión del proceso de facturación. El empleado administrativo se encargará de la programación, el procesamiento de la actividad de las cuentas por pagar y por cobrar y la realización de otras tareas relacionadas con la oficina.
**Responsabilidades clave**:
- Completar la facturación para el departamento de operaciones y enviarla al cliente
- Comunicarse con los clientes en relación con cualquier discrepancia, problema o solicitud relacionada con el proceso de facturación
- Gestionar la programación, la actividad de procesamiento de las cuentas por pagar y por cobrar
- Comunicarse con las partes interesadas internas y externas en relación con cuestiones y solicitudes de facturación
- Garantizar el cumplimiento en el pago a los diferentes proveedores a tiempo para evitar la cartera vencida, asegurando el extremo a extremo del proceso y los controles definidos por la Compañía
- Seguimiento del presupuesto y elaboración de informes para apoyar la toma de decisiones
- Informar sobre el proceso administrativo y presentar trimestralmente planes y estrategias de mejora
- Ejecutar el seguimiento y cumplimiento de los acuerdos legales con los proveedores
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los parámetros legales con los clientes en compañía del equipo comercial y la dirección
- Informar periódicamente a los gestores sobre cualquier cuestión relativa a los procesos y procedimientos
- Prestar apoyo a los departamentos de operaciones cuando sea necesario
**Profile**:
**Formación / Titulación**: Diploma en administración de empresas, contabilidad o experiência laboral relevante equivalente (Licenciatura o máster)
**Experiência necesaria**: +3 años de experiência, en funciones de gestión de oficina, preferiblemente en un entorno internacional
Conocimientos avanzados de programas informáticos, incluidos Excel, PowerPoint y otros sistemas de contabilidad o facturación.
Experiência en el manejo de información confidencial
