Job Description

We are seeking a Placement Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to

fast-paced environment, be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities

simultaneously, and have excellent organizational and communication skills.

The Placement Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of

the department and providing support to the Placement Director.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Placement Director and the Placement

team.

Manage the calendar of the Placement Director, schedule meetings and

appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed.

on behalf of the Placement Director.

Maintain departmental records, files, and databases, ensuring accuracy and

completeness.

Coordinate departmental projects and initiatives, and collaborate with other

departments as needed.

Provide support for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and

following up on action items.

Assist with the creation and implementation of operational policies and

procedures.

Manage special projects as assigned by the Placement Director.

**Skills**:
- English communication skills (B2) required
- 1+ years of experience as an executive assistant or operations assistant,

preferably in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
