**Patient Care Coordinator - Colombia**
**Thrive Psychology Group is an innovative and growing company in California, Chicago, and New York, USA, specializing in women’s mental health and wellness.**
Our clients are primarily high functioning, educated, professional women. We provide individual therapy, family and couples therapy, group therapy, and classes and programs to help.
**We are hiring two Patient Care Coordinators for positions in Colombia.**
As a patient care coordinator, you need strong written and verbal English communication skills to effectively interact with patients, clients, and their families. You must be a good listener and speaker, speak professionally and respectfully.
**Responsibilities**
You serve as the primary contact and face of the company to potential and existing clients.
- Answer incoming calls from clients interested in services.
- Do initial clients via phone to assess client needs and preferences.
- Setting up new meetings for interested clients on psychologists' calendars.
- Screen potential clients and schedule initial therapist intakes given client needs and preferences.
- Understand and learn psychology treatment methods and terminology to assist clients in their treatment choice.
- Get to know current psychologist and their specialties, personalities, and locations to be able to explain them to clients. (we will train you on this)
- Assist clients with any questions regarding new patient appointments, including cost, insurance. (we will train you on this)
- Develop quick connections with clients to be the face of Thrive.
- Follow-up with clients after the first psychology consults and assist in either setting up initial appointments or helping them set up a consultation with another psychologist
- Outreach clients who need to transition to the new psychologist.
- Assist with incoming emergency calls as appropriate and effectively handle any high-risk calls
- Develop strong relationships with referral partners, such as other doctors’ offices.
- Maintains confidentiality of clients and business within professional standards and policies.
- Provide exceptional patient experience and encourage retention of existing clients
- Assist in additional clerical duties to support the daily needs of the practice.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
- Assist with referral follow-ups, securing patient reviews/testimonials, interviews and meetings with staff, and other business development tasks as needed.
- Maintain and monitor databases for new patient leads, dashboards, marketing initiatives, and other outbound sales efforts.

- We are a tech-savvy company and you need to have experience using cloud-based systems for scheduling, Zoom phones, g-suite, and have proficiency and experience with different tech platforms. Able to learn quickly and find answers when you are unfamiliar with the systems.
