**YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING**:

- Prospecting for new businesses to develop relationships
- Conducting effective cold and warm calls to potential clients, showcasing the features and services we offer, and building strong relationships to drive sales and meet targets.
- Building and maintaining a database with potentially interested prospects and following up on future business opportunities
- Tracking and reporting on account activity
- Qualifying leads and setting appointments for the Sales and Business Development Team
- Conducting demo and Setting demo schedules for the team
- Other related duties as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Demonstrated track record of over-achieving targets
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of effective lead mining and lead generation strategies including the ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources as well as industry best practices.
- Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Goal focused
- Proactive with strong work ethics
- Passion about enterprise SaaS, finance, and real estate
- Tremendous follow-through
- An entrepreneurial and persuasive spirit
- Unafraid of rejection
- BA/BS or equivalent preferred
- Sustained comfortability and efficiency in a work-from-home set-up
